ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad organized 2nd IEEE International Conference on “Computational Intelligence and Communication Technologies” on 12th and 13th February, 2016. The conference ceremony was inaugurated by Professor Valentina E. Balas, University of Arad, Romania, Dr. K.K. Khedo, University of Mauritius, Dr. Munesh Chand Trivedi, Program Chair, Sh. NeeraiGoel, General Secretary ABES Engineering College, Dr. Surendra Kumar Director, Prof’ SachinGoel Director (Operations). Inauguration was also followed be the release of Conference Proceeding.
Speaking on the occasion the keynote speaker, Prof. Valentina expressed her views on Computational Intelligence-Based Research. Methodologies and Applications. She explained the developments in Computational Intelligence and new methodologies in the recent market.
Another Technology which was explained by Mr. Karun Jain, National Instruments was Accelerating the rate of discovery -5G Mobile Communications. He explained how smart homes & smart societies can be built with the discovery of 5G communication.
Conference organizing chair Prof. A.K. Arora said, ‘ABES Engineering College is the most sought for college in UP. ABES has made tremendous progress in promoting R&D activities in all thefields of Engineering.’Program Chair of the conference, Mr. Munesh Trivedi welcomed Prof. Valentina and other dignitaries andparticipants which included various participants from across the world. He said that this is consecutively for the second time the 2ndInternationalconference is being organized by ABES Engineering College.
Eminent speakers from academia & industry from India & abroad shall be delivering lectures on most current research based topics on Computational Intelligence & Communication Technologies. Prominent among them are Prof. H. M. Gupta, IIT Delhi, Dr. Vishal Bhatnagar, AIICT& R, New Delhi, Mr. TaranjitKukal, Cadence Design Systems, Noida, Dr. S. N. Singh, IIT Kanpur, Mr. Maneesh Pandey, Freescale Semiconductor, Noida. Prominent amongIndustry experts include Ms. Sangeeta Garg from TCS and Mr. TaranjitKukal from Cadence Design.
The conference has attracted worldwide recognition from researchers, faculty and the students. In total 450 research papers from 12 countries have been received for the conference.Internationalselection committee of IEEE has selected only 141 papers.
The valedictory session of the International Conference shall be held on 13th February, 2016.
